An Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report states that a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado was heading south on Fort Reno Road near 248th Street Northwest around 10:30 a.m. when it failed to stop at a sign. The Silverado struck an oncoming semitrailer, spinning and leaving the road and causing the semitrailer to roll onto the driver's side.
