An Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report states that a 2009 Toyota Matrix and a Freightliner semitrailer were involved in a collision around 8:15 p.m. The report says the two vehicles were traveling east on I-40 when the Toyota spun out and stopped in the center of the interstate.
