Other passengers in the vehicle driven by Malloy, three children, two 1-year-olds and a 4-year-old child, were not injured. John Reber was taken to a Tulsa hospital in critical condtion. A vehicle driven west by Samuel L. Malloy, 24, of Pawhuska then hit the SUV and the SUV crossed into the eastbound lanes. Reber was a passenger in a car driven by John G. Reber, 86, of Pawhuska. The car driven by east by John Reber hit the SUV head-on, the patrol reports.
