An Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report states that a 2022 BMW R-1250 and a 2019 Freightliner semi-trailer were traveling east on U.S. 412 near Westport Road near Cleveland around 6:30 a.m. when a dog ran out in front of the motorcycle. Authorities say the motorcycle struck the dog, ejecting the driver.
