The Oregon State Police says the crash happened Sunday night on Highway 97 near La Pine. A 1991 Lexus was traveling northbound on Highway 97 when it crossed the centerline, striking a new Ford Fusion.

Police did not identify the 10-year-old girl who also died at the scene. She was riding with her parents, Donald Adams and Barbara Adams of Rathdrum, Idaho, in a Ford Fusion.
