"The vehicle swerved across three lanes. In the course of doing so, the vehicle struck the rear of a tractor-trailer. This impact caused Woods to lose control of the vehicle," according to police.
The Honda rolled over several times, ejecting both Woods and a passenger from the vehicle, police said.
