"Investigation on scene by Lancaster Patrol Unit determined that the Nissan sedan was traveling north on N Hollander Rd at a high rate of speed while the tour bus was traveling south," PSP said in a statement. "The sedan then swerved into the southbound lane and collided with the tour bus."
