Officials ID victim killed in Cheltenham Twp. crash; 4 others seriously injured

The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office says Nicholas Bednarek, 20, of Abington, was inside a 2006 Honda with four other people when an 18-year-old driver lost control and crashed into a utility pole.

As utility workers repair the poles and police begin to investigate how the driver lost control, neighbors hope other drivers will change their habits on this road.

Police ID Young Man Killed in Cheltenham Township Crash

The four other victims all suffered serious injuries. Police have not yet revealed their conditions.
