Timothy Haviland, 39, of East Stroudsburg, was traveling northbound with his 10-year-old son on Schoolhouse Road, Monroe County Coroner Bob Allen said. According to state police, Haviland lost control of his vehicle near the Laurel Ridge Road intersection at about 7 p.m.
