According to Watts, Tyrone Cornelius Fogle of Monticello Road died at the scene of the crash and died due to multiple blunt force injuries to the head and body. Coroner Watts said Manuel V. Ito, 63, of Lousia Road in Hephzibah, Georgia died at the scene earlier Friday morning.
