Coroner says deadly Abbeville County crash may be related to medical incident

Troopers said the crash happened around 11:20 a.m. Tuesday on Cedar Springs Road. According to troopers, a car was traveling south on Cedar Springs Road when it veered off the right side of the road and struck two mailboxes.
