Latta man ID’d as victim in Dillon County hit-and-run
According to Cpl. Sonny Collins, a vehicle hit and killed a pedestrian just before 5 a.m. Thursday on SC 38, near the Marlboro County line. Dillon County Coroner Donnie Grimsley identifies the victim as Billy Wayne Summerford, 61, of Latta.
