Three people are in the hospital after a head-on crash in Parley's Canyon Thursday night, accordint to the Utah Highway Patrol.

The Utah Highway Patrol is crediting seatbelt use for limiting what could have been a deadly head-on crash late Thursday night on Interstate 80 to one where all the victims are expected to recover from their injuries.
A vehicle heading eastbound on I-80 crossed the center line and collided with another car head-on at around 10:45 p.m. Three people were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. All three people were wearing seatbelts. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
