Mom seeks justice after hit and run

Just after midnight on Feb. 3, Karen Munger awoke to a mother's worst nightmare: a call from her 16-year-old daughter saying she had just been in a car crash.

Deputy asks for public's help in solving Brush Prairie hit-and-run

Clark County sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help in solving a hit-and-run crash that injured two teenage girls. The crash reportedly happened just after midnight on Feb. 3, when LaKell Munger, 16, was driving a red Honda Civic in the Brush Prairie area. As she was turning north on Northeast 137th from Northeast 159th Street when a red Jeep Grand Cherokee struck her vehicle from behind, recounts LaKell’s mother Karen Munger.
