A 25-year-old man was driving northbound on Bald Hill Road when his vehicle crossed the center line and crashed into a vehicle in the opposite lane. The driver died at the scene, and the driver of the second vehicle – a 68-year-old man – was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Speed was a factor in the collision.
