Pedestrian seriously injured in downtown collision
Witnesses described the possible suspect vehicle as a newer full-size truck, black or blue, possibly with Idaho plates.
At about 1:20pm a car struck a pedestrian at the intersection of Sprague Avenue and South Browne Street and left the scene, leaving the victim with serious injuries.
