Driver Gary R. Scott, 69, and passenger M. Kay Rees, 64, both injured after rollover crash caused by icy conditions on I-90 in Cle Elum, WA

At around 9:00am, Scott was driving east on I-90 when he attempted to change lanes. Because of the icy conditions on the road, he lost control of the vehicle and it rolled over, injuring both him and his passenger Rees.
