Man injured in plane crash still critical

The Cessna 172 Sky Hawk four-seat plane took off just after noon Saturday, Plante said. It was airborne when it careened back down and smashed beside the runway nose first. It then toppled over onto its back and caught fire.

Maine man injured in fatal plane crash in serious condition

Yeager Airport spokesman Mike Plante said Arrin Jay Farrar of Plymouth, Maine, was injured in Saturday's crash and underwent surgery after the incident. He went to Charleston Area Medical Center and remains in serious condition.
