Sheboygan area man killed in Clark Co. crash
The Clark County Sheriff's Department reports Thai Vue was driving a small SUV on State Highway 29 around 11 p.m. Saturday near Sterling Avenue in Withee when it hit a driver-less horse and buggy head-on.
