The crash is under investigation by the Columbia County Sheriff's Office. The Columbia County Sheriff's Department identified those killed in the crash as Zia Lynn Rowin, 18, of Oxford; Donald K.C. Pangburn, 26, of Baraboo; and Jack W.L. Stalker, 19, of Montello.
