Ronnie R. Jones, 35, of Janesville, died after the vehicle he was driving erratically early Monday morning hit speeds up to 100 miles an hour and then crashed around 2:40 a.m. on Milton Avenue near the I-39/90 overpass. Janesville police said alcohol is believed to have played a role in the crash.
