Alisa Nihles, 60, of rural Lancaster, was stopped at a stop sign on Highway 129 when a semi was turning north onto the highway, police said. Nihles assumed the coast was clear and turned left onto Highway 61, pulling out in front of a 22-year-old Dickeyville woman.
