Wilson driving a 2001 Dodge southbound on Rd M NE near RD 11 NE lost control after attempting to avoid a car pulling trailers in-front of him.

Moses Lake man dies from injuries

A Moses Lake man died on Sunday from injuries stemming from a Wednesday accident. Trenton Wilson, 25, of Moses Lake, passed away because of neck and back injuries he received Wednesday morning after being ejected from his vehicle.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the friends and family of Trenton Wilson during this difficult time," Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones said.

Unfortunately, Trenton Wilson was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was ejected from the vehicle. The collision caused his car to roll twice before smashing into a power pole. Trenton was flown to Confluence Health-Central Washington Hospital in critical condition and later died from his injuries.

What money damages are recoverable in a death claim?

Every death from an accident is tragic. When a death is the result of someone else’s negligence, certain survivors may make a wrongful death claim against those responsible. Close relatives may recover monetary damages for the loss of financial support, as well as for medical, funeral, and burial expenses, lost earnings, and in some cases for pain, suffering, and loss of love and affection. Learn more about Spokane car accident claims here…
