Wed, 04/01/2015Shay Olson Rowley, was traveling southbound on 1000 West when he stopped and walked into the middle of road to retrieve an item that had flown out of his truck. As he began to move out of the road, he was struck by a large truck that was traveling southbound and pronounced dead on site.
