At about 8:20 p.m. on November 19, Sean Thomas Barrett was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Impala east on County Road 675, approaching Spencer Parrish Road, when another vehicle driven by Brody McClelland Catt heading west turned into Barrett's car's path.
