East Broadway and South Kolb Road

Around 7:40 a.m., an officer made a turn from East Broadway onto South Kolb Road and struck a man who was crossing the street. The man suffered life-threatening injuries, and the officer immediately stopped to administer first aid. The man is currently listed in stable condition.
