Sun, 04/12/2015A young woman is charged with DWI and felony hit-and-run after allegedly hitting a bicyclist Sunday night near Randall Parkway and South College Road. Sarah Stark, 21, was also charged with failure to reduce speed, driving left-of-center and careless and reckless driving.
