Roan Street and N.E. Sugar Babe Road

The accident occured near the intersection of Roan Street and N.E. Sugar Babe Road at around 11:50 p.m. According to police, 21-year-old Matthew Messer, Jr. was driving east on Road Drive when the vehicle ran off the roadway. Messer, Jr. then overcorrected to the left and went into a ditch.
