Sun, 03/15/2015Dallas police have a man in custody after a fatal hit-and-run pedestrian collision Sunday morning. Police said Angel Lopez-Gil, 22, struck David Benton, 55, in the 7200 block of Skillman Street in Lake Highlands. Authorities say Benton was not in the crosswalk.
