Wed, 04/15/2015The pedestrian who died when he was hit by a train in northern Unicoi County late Wednesday night has been identified as William H. Wheeler Jr., 68. Wheeler was hit by a CSX train at the crossing on Sutphin Road off Bill Garland Road just south of Johnson City about 10:30 p.m.
