U.S. 68 at Interstate 24

Christopher Battoe of Paducah and his mother, Audrey Rednour of Symsonia, were eastbound on U.S. 68 when Battoe attempted to turn onto the Interstate 24 westbound ramp and drove into the path of another vehicle.
