Fri, 01/03/2014A 68-year-old woman is dead after she was struck by a car in Makiki, according to Honolulu police.
The incident happened at about 12:30 p.m. on Wilder Avenue near Makiki Street.
Police say the victim was run over by a 72-year-old woman driving a white Ford SUV.
