Motorcyclist killed in Geneva County crash
A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a truck in Geneva County Thursday morning.

Ward said it was too early to release the identity of the person who died in the crash. He said Alabama state troopers are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. But he said deputies with the Geneva County Sheriff’s Office, emergency personnel with the Fadette Volunteer Fire Department along with a Dothan police officer responded to help in the crash.

A motorcyclist was riding on County Road 49 between Slocomb and Fadette at around 5 a.m. when they were involved in a crash with a truck. The motorcyclist was killed in the collision. The driver of the truck was not injured. More details will be released once the investigation is finished.
