According to the Arizona Department of Public Transportation, the collision occurred at about 5:45 a.m. at milepost 197, which is near East Butler Avenue. Eastbound traffic was shut down for almost an hour. One lane reopened at about 6:30 a.m. Westbound lanes remain open.
