Family of Cathedral City hit-and-run victim speaks out

The crash happened around 9 p.m. at the Dinah Shore bridge near Whispering Palms in Cathedral City. The family wants Cathedral City to take action, such as more lighting, street cameras, or more bike lanes like the new green marked lanes in Palm Springs. To help pay for funeral costs, Reynoso's family will host a car wash this Saturday and Sunday beginning at 11 a.m. at Wienerschnitzel at 68785 Ramon Road in Cathedral City. As family members of a hit-and-run victim continue to mourn, they're also speaking out. The city invested more than $1 million to ensure motorists and cyclists share the road.
