Violent Car Crash Kills Two In San Jose

There was a lot of debris in the northbound lanes and on the light rail track where the car landed.

2 dead, driver arrested in San Jose rollover crash

Police found alcohol inside the vehicle and determined that the driver, 23-year-old Christian Clennan, was under the influence, according to Morales. Officers arrested Clennan on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving.
A crash was reported at around 10:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Capitol Avenue Wednesday night. A Lexus SUV carrying 5 people rolled over twice before ended up on its roof, killing two people inside. The three other occupants were brought to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver, 23-year-old Christian Clennan, was arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and drunk driving.
