Woman killed in I-75 crash

Florida Highway Patrol said 36-year-old Katherine Bell from Fort Myers was driving north on Interstate 75 when she drifted off the highway. Bell's car hit a large concrete pole holding up a highway sign. Troopers are investigating whether alcohol played a role in the crash. Bell was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The crash happened just south of Daniels Parkway.
