Woman bicyclist struck, killed on Main Street

The FHP said Garrison was wearing no reflective clothing.  The report didn't say if any charges would be filed. 

Bicyclist hit, killed on U.S. 17 at Baisden Road

A woman was killed in a North Jacksonville traffic accident while she rode her bicycle on U.S. 17 at Baisden Road Sunday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. 
A 33-year-old woman was killed Sunday evening after her bicycle was hit by a pickup truck on Main Street. Heather Lee Garrison was killed at approximately 10:30 p.m. when her bicycle was struck from behind by a Chevrolet S-10 pickup driven by Marc Eberhardt, 30, of Jacksonville.

I work with Heather briefly she was a good worker and very loveable my prayers go to the family

I knew heather, she was a very friendly person, she was really trying to get her life together, and I will miss her.

I know marc eberhardt very well and wanted everyone to know how great of person he is. He's amazing giver to anyone who is in need or without as well as a great family man who loves life. He would give the shirt off his back even if he wasn't wearing one. Its sad to hear what happened prayers for the family of heather
