DUI manslaughter charge for driver in Manatee crash
The collision threw Marler from the vehicle and sent the bike into another motorcycle driven by Christopher Mumea, 25, of Bradenton Mumea and a passenger, Cassy Mumea, were not injured. Troopers said that Vaughan then drove over Marler.

Timothy Vaughan was sentenced to 12 months probation, with no alcohol during that period. His driver's license was suspended for six months, and he was assigned 50 hours of community service.
