Marlyne Charpentier, 23, was heading east at about 8:30 a.m. near the 8400 block of Palmetto Park Road in a 2004 Toyota Camry when, witnesses told the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, she sideswiped a Hyundai driven by Alexandria Price, 19, of Boca Raton, according to a crash report.
