Rory Fitzpatrick Kiernan, 40 of Stevensville, Maryland was killed after being ejected from his motor scooter and onto Florida Turnpike, south of Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida where one vehicle struck him from behind and he was hit by at least one other vehicle.
