Warner Letterman, 41, killed when his septic truck blows tire and hits tree on Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach, Florida

The scene of a deadly tanker crash on Interstate 95 just south of 45th Street is now clear following a night of traffic backups on the interstate, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. All lanes were reopened just before 11:00 p.m. Friday night, close to seven hours after the accident occurred. Warner Letterman, 41, of Greenacres died after the front tire of the septic truck he was driving blew out causing him to lose control of the vehicle and crash into a tree, said an FHP spokesperson. The impact of the crash caused the cabin of the truck to catch fire, according to a West Palm Beach Fire Rescue official. The truck spewed diesel fuel on the roadway, according to officials.
