All lanes were reopened just before 11:00 p.m. Friday night, close to seven hours after the accident occurred. Warner Letterman, 41, of Greenacres died after the front tire of the septic truck he was driving blew out causing him to lose control of the vehicle and crash into a tree, said an FHP spokesperson. The impact of the crash caused the cabin of the truck to catch fire, according to a West Palm Beach Fire Rescue official. The truck spewed diesel fuel on the roadway, according to officials.
