Marquita Reed, 34, killed when struck by vehicle in restaurant on 87th Street in Gresham, Illinois

Reed, 34, was sitting inside Tony’s Philly Steak restaurant when she was pinned underneath the car. She was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Hospital from her injuries.

Investigators say Finley’s blood alcohol level was just over the legal limit at .083, when he crashed into a Gresham restaurant early Sunday morning.

Finley has had two other moving violations since become a police officer. However, according to the Illinois Secretary of State, he does not have any points on his driving record.
