The driver of the Chrysler, a 74-year-old Grayslake woman, and the driver of the GMC, a 45-year-old Wauconda man, were taken to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. The 77-year-old Grayslake man was also taken to Condell where he was pronounced dead, according to a Lake County Sheriff's Office news release.
