James Lynch, 57, died, 16-year-old injured in a two-vehicle head-on collision at Galena Street and Jefferson Avenue in Big Rock Township, Illinois

A news release from the Kane County Sheriff's Office says that 57-year-old James Lynch was taken to a hospital after the crash, which happened just before nine, where he died from his injuries. The other driver, a sixteen-year-old boy from Lockport, was taken to an area hospital and was released.
