Authorities say 46 year old Regina Swartz and her six year old daughter Holley were killed when her car collided with another vehcile at the intersection of Route 24 and Cummings Lane.
Police say the other vehicle was driven by a teenaged boy, who was ticketed for failure to yield to a red light.
