The driver of the other vehicle, who was identified as a 25-year-old man from Loves Park, Illinois, was taken to a hospital with what were described as non-life threatening injuries. The freeway fully reopened Monday and the crash is under investigation.

The Winnebago County Coroner's Office has identified 78-year-old Dawn Barrenger as the Janesville woman killed in a wrong-way accident on I-90 on Monday.
