Husam Shuibat died in a hit-and-run crash while towing a vehicle on Parkway West in Green Tree, Pennsylvania

The driver killed was Husam Shuibat, who died at the scene. Troopers confirmed Shuibat was in the process of towing a vehicle. Pittsburgh's Action News 4 observed the body of Shuibat laying next to the tow truck's driver side door, and observed a red sedan on it's flatbed.
