A drunk driver was arrested Sunday morning after an off duty officer witnessed a crash. The officer reported that just after 2 a.m., he saw a silver Cadillac crashed into another car. The driver that was hit was fine, but the Cadillac received a lot of damage. Despite that, the Cadillac took off.
