Man charged in head-on crash that left man, woman dead, 2 kids injured
Dumesnil showed signs of impairment at the scene and admitted to consuming two "Bloody Marys," deputies said. He was arrested for felony murder and intoxication assault. He was in the Harris County Jail on Monday with bail set at $999,999, according to online law enforcement records. He is scheduled to appear Tuesday in the 184th State District Court.
